FinNexus Terminal is a research tool. It is not investment advice and it makes no recommendations.
Everything it shows — scores, bands, checks, screens, rankings, sentiment, backtests, AI-written summaries — is the output of stated rules applied to stored data, provided for information and education only.
1. No advice, no recommendation
- Nothing in the Service is, or should be read as, investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, a personal recommendation, a research report, or an offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, fund, derivative or other instrument.
- The Service does not know your circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance and does not assess suitability or appropriateness for you.
- FinNexus Terminal is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, is not authorised by the FCA, is not registered with the SEC as an investment adviser or broker-dealer, and is not registered with or authorised by any securities regulator in Canada, the European Union, Japan, mainland China or Hong Kong.
- The terminal deliberately never says "buy", "sell", "hold" or gives a price target of its own. Analyst consensus, where shown, is reported as a third party's published view, not ours.
2. What the outputs mean
- FinNexus score. A weighted average of component scores under a default weighting you can change, minus stated penalties for failed checks. A high score is not a buy signal and a low score is not a sell signal.
- Red-flag checks. Deterministic comparisons against stored figures. "PASS" means the stated rule was met by the stored data, not that a company is safe; "N/A" means the data was not available.
- Screens and rankings. Filters and orderings over the data that happens to be stored, which may cover only part of an exchange. A name appearing in a screen is a fact about the rules, not a selection.
- News sentiment. A rule-based reading of recent headline wording. It reflects coverage, can be skewed by a few outlets, and is never part of the score.
- Backtests and track records. Hypothetical results computed with hindsight. They ignore or approximate costs, taxes, slippage and liquidity, and are not evidence that a signal will work in future.
- AI-written text. Produced by third-party models from the stored evidence, audited against it on a best-efforts basis. It can be wrong and is not the opinion of FinNexus Terminal.
3. Investment risk
- The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you invest, including all of it.
- Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
- Investments in other currencies are exposed to exchange-rate movements. Smaller companies and less liquid instruments can be more volatile and harder to sell.
- Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
- Figures may be delayed, stale, revised or wrong at source; every figure carries its source and date so you can check it.
4. Your decisions
You alone decide whether and how to invest. Verify anything you intend to rely on with primary sources (company filings, exchange and fund disclosures) and consider advice from a suitably qualified, regulated professional who knows your circumstances.
